Digital remote monitoring

The digital service is the most widespread alarm transmission services: the existing telephone line is used to transmit alarm signals to the central monitoring station.

Supervised remote monitoring line DVACS

This service offers a supervised line to transmit alarm signals. If the monitored line is cut, the situation will be detected and the staff of the monitoring station will undertake the appropriate procedures.

Remote monitoring by cameras

If the customer's residence or business is equipped with surveillance cameras, the operators of the monitoring station will be able to verify the cameras in case of triggered alarms and see if there is something wrong on site.

Remote monitoring GSM / cellular

We support the most common GSM/cellular communicators. The alarm system uses a GSM/cellular link to transmit signals to the monitoring station. This way, the customer does not need a phone line on site (e.g. at the cottage) for us to receive alarm signals at the monitoring station. You can combine this option with the digital remote monitoring. The system will use two means of communication with the monitoring station. Some providers allow to supervise the GSM / cellular link, so should the connection be interrupted, the situation will be detected and the staff of the monitoring station will undertake the appropriate actions.

Remote Monitoring IP / Internet

We support the most widespread IP/Internet communicators. The alarm system uses an Internet connection to transmit signals to the monitoring station. This way the client does not need a phone line for us to receive alarm signals at the monitoring station. You can combine this option with the digital remote monitoring. The system will use two means of communication with the monitoring station. Some IP transmitters also establish supervision between the receiver and the customers IP transmitter, so in the event the client's IP transmitter is no longer able to communicate with the receiver (for example, if someone cuts the Internet cable), the situation will be detected and the staff of the monitoring station will again undertake the appropriate procedures.

Home automation (Interactive System)

A home automation system (interactive) allows you to remotely control the alarm system (you can arm and disarm the alarm system from a Smartphone, tablet or computer).
Some systems also allow you to manage some devices (lighting, air conditioning, heating, door locks, etc.) and to do remote monitoring of some cameras.

A medical system (two-way voice communication device)

In case of an emergency or accident, the client simply presses a button (pendant, bracelet, etc.) and an operator of the monitoring station will call an ambulance or someone who has already been designated to help them.

Production equipment supervision

In a production environment, it is important that failures are reported, that is why we offer the production equipment supervision service (boilers, machinery, pumps, etc.). Upon receiving a signal from production equipment, the operator of the monitoring station will notify the person in charge so that he corrects the situation.

Reception of arming and disarming signals (without control)

When this option is enabled in the client's alarm panel, a signal will be transmitted to the monitoring station every time a user arms or disarms the system. Combined for example with an activity report or sending text messages, this function will allow you to verify all the coming and going in their home or business.

Reception of arming and disarming signals (with control)

Your customer wants to be sure that the alarm system of their business is armed at the scheduled time? We can keep track of the opening and closing of the alarm system. We will notify your client if the system is not armed or disarmed at the scheduled time or if an employee disarms the system outside the permitted hours.

Automatic Verification Code (Auto-Test)

The automatic verification code lets us verify that the connection between the customer's alarm system and monitoring station is still functional. This code is scheduled to be transmitted to the monitoring station at a predetermined frequency. You can, for example, set a daily automatic verification code. If we do not receive the verification code on time, the staff of the monitoring station will undertake the appropriate actions.

Submitting written activity reports (email or fax)

Your customer can receive the signals from the alarm system by SMS or email. You can select the signals that will be sent by SMS or email (only theft or fire alarms, trouble codes or arming and disarming, etc.). Your client will receive a message on his phone (via SMS) or computer (via email) containing basic information about the incident. They can also receive an email on their computer detailing the measures taken by the operator of the monitoring station.

Access your customer's files from the secured website of the CCAQ

Upon request, you will have access to your online folder from the CCAQ website. You can consult your client's files (see the list of contact people and zones of the file, etc.), put the system in test mode and view a history of recent events (e.g. to see who was contacted for an alarm)

Security Guards or Isolated Workers Supervision

What if a security guard is no longer able to perform his round of verification or if an accident happens to a worker in an isolated location? We offer a monitoring service for the security guards and isolated workers. Here is how it works: the security guard or isolated worker must contact the monitoring station at a predetermined frequency. If he does not, we will notify the people in charge so that someone can check that all is well.

Elevator emergency phone

We provide the emergency phone service for elevators. If a person is in trouble in an elevator, he/she picks up the phone to communicate with the operator from the monitoring station. The operator will then notify officials or authorities, according to the situation.
